Concerning the history of Adeje: Before the reconquest, the city was the residence of several famous kings and was full of lordly and catholic temples.

Among these religious monuments, nowadays you can find the church of Santa Ursula and the convent of Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe and San Paul. You could also visit the opulent museum of sacred art with works of the 14th century to the 19th century.

For the walkers, the city has also something to offer: you can enjoy one of the most famous walk here which is the course of the natural space of Barranco del Infierno, across a fortress of the 16th century, and passing by the Casa Fuerte.

La dirección del Hotel Rural Costa Salada, Suso Zárate, y la jefa de sala Laura Ferrero Sihuro junto con el chef Cristo Rodríguez Rivero ofrecen unas Jornadas Gastronómicas para deleitarnos ........ en un ambiente natural y acogedor como es el restaurante y la terraza de este hotel, con un menú a base de tapas, todas ellas maridadas con los vinos de la bodega Acevedo, D.O. Tacoronte – Acentejo.

El menú consta de un total de 12 tapas; Desde un ceviche de langostinos o un montadito de tierras manchegas, hasta un rape a la mostaza o un solomillo bananero, pasando por un sinfín de tapas tales como: unos espárragos asados con romesco, risotto de peras y nueces, atún en agridulce de mango, muslitos de codorniz al estilo de la mama, ... y sin olvidarnos de un toque dulce para finalizar, un arroz con leche algo distinto o unas naranjas asadas con danza de frutos secos. El precio del menú es de 22 euros .

Y si además quieren descansar con el sonido de fondo de nuestro mar Atlántico y desayunar junto al mar para luego dase un chapuzón en la piscina, una sauna o un baño relajante en el jacuzzi, no puede decir que no a nuestra oferta especial desde 73 euros la noche.
